I normally use this skill after i already used my A2, so that i'm just one more turn closer to using it again. Their are stronger forms of Weaken, but i don't think we have any that are as consistent and have 100% uptime at the same time. 75% chance to smack a debuff down on a non cooldown ability is nutty. She's got a multi hit move move that applies weaken, as well as a huge AoE with increased Crit and a self buff that refreshes her turn. If you have no faith in your Gacha luck, and are more focused towards the end game, grab her.
